Whether you’re planning a milestone celebration, corporate function, staff training, charity dinner, or community get‑together, our inviting spaces and dedicated team make planning easy and enjoyable. From the first conversation to the final toast, we’re here to help you create an experience your guests will remember.
Venue Options
At Westlinks, we offer two unique spaces that can be adapted for a wide range of events — from cozy indoor gatherings to large open‑air celebrations, both spaces provide a casual yet elegant atmosphere and can be customized to suit the style and size of your event.
The Dining Room
Our indoor dining room offers a warm, inviting setting that’s ideal for private dinners, milestone celebrations, and smaller corporate events. The space can comfortably seat up to 60 guests for a meal, or accommodate around 80 guests for a more relaxed, mix‑and‑mingle‑style event. The room also features a comfortable lounge area with couches and a pool table, which can be made available depending on your event’s setup and timing.
The Pavilion
Just steps from the course, our open‑air pavilion offers plenty of space and flexible layout options for larger events. It can host approximately 150 guests for a sit‑down meal, or up to 200 guests for a cocktail or networking‑style function. The pavilion includes doors that can be closed in the event of rain or wind, but as it’s unheated, it’s best suited for spring through early fall gatherings.
Food & Beverage Service
When you host your event at Westlinks, you can relax knowing your guests will be well cared for. Our meals are prepared and served with the same dedication to quality and presentation that defines our entire club experience. We provide in‑house catering for most functions and occasionally partner with our trusted colleagues at West Coast Catering to accommodate larger events — ensuring every menu is delivered with care, consistency, and exceptional flavour.
A full bar service is available in both the Dining Room and the Pavilion. In accordance with Ontario liquor laws, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased and served by The Club at Westlinks. This allows us to ensure the safe and responsible enjoyment of drinks for you and your guests.
