We want joining Westlinks to feel simple and straightforward. For the 2027 season, there are two opportunities to take advantage of promotional membership rates, giving you flexibility to choose the timing that works best for you.
Whether you’re ready to join us early or need a little more time to plan for the season ahead, both periods offer a great opportunity to become part of the Westlinks community.
Early Bird Rate
Now through December 18, 2026
Our best membership rate of the year for those ready to play.
- New members can golf for the remainder of the 2026 season.
- Save an additional 5% when you purchase a golf, cart and range membership together.
Pre-Season Rate
December 19, 2026 – March 12, 2027
Not ready to commit during Early Bird?
Our Pre-Season Rate gives you another opportunity to secure your 2027 membership for less before the season begins.
It’s a great option if you need a little more time to plan while still taking advantage of pre-season savings.
2027 Membership Rates
All 2027 members receive 14-day advance booking privileges, giving you more flexibility to plan your rounds throughout the season. Membership also gives you access to a wide range of Club golf and social events, with member pricing or event fees applied where applicable.
Full Time Memberships
Full-time memberships are available for players who wish to hold maximum playing rights, 7 days a week.
Couple memberships are available for couples who live in the same household.

**Junior membership booking access is limited to7 days. They may join an adult, senior or intermediate member under their booking at anytime.
Weekday Membership
Weekday memberships are available for players of any age who wish to hold playing rights Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

**If a weekday member wishes to play on a weekend, holiday Monday or holiday Friday, they will pay in full for their round.
Monthly Memberships
Our Monthly Membership offers all the playing privileges of a full-time membership, but with added flexibility. It’s perfect for golfers who can’t commit to a full season but still want unlimited access during their chosen months.
**Please note that monthly members are not eligible for add‑ons such as cart memberships or bag storage.

Membership Add-Ons
The following add-ons can be added to Full Time or Weekday Memberships. Add-ons are not available with Monthly Memberships.

**Club storage will be offered to those who held club storage in 2026 first. Those with 2026 club storage will have until November 13th, 2026 to pay for their 2026 storage. After that date, the remaining spaces will become first come, first serve.

More Than a Place to Play
A Westlinks membership is about becoming part of the community around the course. It means more opportunities to play, take part, meet familiar faces, and make The Club a regular part of your summer.
Members enjoy preferred access and member pricing for many of our organized golf events, including popular weekly traditions like Men’s Night and Ladies Day. Throughout the season, there are also opportunities created specifically for members, including events such as the Members Open and Club Championships.
Membership also comes with practical benefits, including earlier tee-time booking than the public, discounts on select Pro Shop apparel, and reduced pricing for internal golf events.
But some of the best parts are harder to put on a rate sheet: regular rounds with friends, staying for a meal after golf, getting involved in Club events, and being surrounded by people who enjoy spending time at Westlinks as much as you do.
Book Earlier
Members receive earlier access to tee-time booking than the general public, giving you a better opportunity to plan the rounds that fit your schedule.
Member Pricing
Enjoy member pricing on internal golf events, along with discounts on select Pro Shop apparel throughout the season.
Member Events
Take part in experiences created specifically for members, including events such as the Members Open and Club Championships.
Be Part of the Club

How to Join
Joining Westlinks is simple. Download and complete the 2027 Membership Application, then bring it with you to the Westlinks Pro Shop. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to stop in and complete an application with us in person.
Your membership is confirmed once your application and payment have been received. We accept cash, credit, debit, or cheque, and members paying by cash, debit, or cheque will receive an additional 1.5% discount on their membership.
For new members joining during the Early Bird period, golf access for the remainder of the 2026 season begins as soon as your application and payment are complete.

When does the Early Bird Rate end?
The Early Bird will end after December 18th, 2026.
What happens after Early Bird?
After Early Bird ends, our Pre-Season Rate will be available from December 19 through March 12. Pre-Season pricing will be announced when the rate period begins.
Can new members golf right away?
Yes. New members who join during Early Bird can begin golfing for the remainder of the 2026 season once their application and payment are complete.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, credit, debit, or cheque. Cash, debit, and cheque receive the additional 1.5% discount.
Who can purchase membership add-ons?
Cart, range and bag storage add-ons are available with Full Time and Weekday Memberships, but not Monthly Memberships.
Are Men’s Night and Ladies Day members-only?
No. Both are open to the public, but members may receive earlier access to tee times and member pricing. Certain events, including the Members Open and Club Championships, are reserved for members.
Is there a membership limit or waitlist?
There is currently no membership cap or waitlist.
How do I purchase a membership?
Download the application and bring it to the Pro Shop, or complete one in person. Membership is confirmed once the form and payment are received.
