Teams & Divisions

Teams are made up of two players.

There will be no divisions this year. Teams can be comprised of any mix of gender and age. Each team may have no more than one player with a handicap under 10. We will split the field into two flights after the first round.

Participants must be 19+ to receive the complimentary beer from Three Sheets Brewing.

Tee Blocks

Women: Red Tees

Men’s Super Senior: Red Tees
(Age 70+ with a handicap of 15+)

Men’s Senior: White Tees
(Age 55+)

Men: Blue Tees

Men’s Hole #4 will be played as a par 4 for all tee blocks.

Prizing

Prizing will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each flight. Winnings are split evenly between both players and issued as Pro Shop gift cards.

Closest to the Pin prizes will be awarded as cash to the individual player.

Skins are included in the entry and paid out in cash to the team.

Additional prizing will be awarded through random draw to individuals.

How the Tournament Works

Teams will play in foursomes, with two teams per hole. Each team will receive a scorecard outlining the format for each hole.

Shotgun #1

Holes 1–6: Alternate Shot
Each team designates an “even” and “odd” player. Tee shots alternate by hole, and players continue alternating shots until the ball is holed.

Holes 7–12: Best Ball
Each player plays their own ball. The team records the lower score on each hole.

Closest to the Pin Challenges
There will be 2 closest to the pin challenges for this round. All teams will compete for these stakes during this round.

Shotgun #2

Holes 1–6: Scramble
Both players tee off. The team chooses their preferred lie between the two shots. Both players then hit from your chosen lie, repeating the process until the ball is holed.

Holes 7–12: Aggregate
Each player plays their own ball. Both scores are combined for the team score.

Closest to the Pin Challenges
There will be 2 closest to the pin challenges for each flight during this round. Pay attention to which stake is for which flight this round and compete only for the stakes in your division.

Skins

Skins are included in the entry fee and paid out in cash.

There will be a separate skins pool for each shotgun round. In the first round, all players will compete against each other for skins. In the second round, each team will compete against their flight for skins.

A skin is won by the team with the lowest score on a hole. The total pool is divided by the number of skins won in that round.
If no skins are won in the first round, the pool will carry over to the second round.
If no skins are won across both rounds, the pool will be paid out by random draw.

Tie Break Procedure

In the event of a tie for a podium position, a modified countback will be used.

Scores will be compared on the six most difficult holes across both rounds.

If still tied, scores will be compared on the three most difficult holes, then the single most difficult hole from each round.

If a tie remains, prizing will be split evenly between teams.

A Note on Integrity

Golf is a game built on honesty and respect for the rules. Every competition is only as strong as the integrity of the players involved.

Please play fairly, keep accurate scores, and respect both your fellow competitors and the game.

Most importantly, enjoy the day — your participation helps make events like the Two Fore better each year.
