Men’s Night
Men’s Night is our weekly Wednesday golf league built around good golf, good company, and a little friendly competition.
Open to both members and public players, Men’s Night is meant to be easy to join and easy to enjoy. There’s no season-long commitment, no league fee, and no need to play every week. Just book your tee time, check in at the Pro Shop, and come out when you can.
Whether you’re a regular player, new to the league, coming with a group, or signing up on your own, we’ll get you set up.

How it Works
Men’s Night runs every Wednesday from May 20 to September 16.
Most weeks, players book tee times between 1:30 PM and 6:00 PM, with tee times reserved exclusively for Men’s Night play. Players will play all 12 holes, with weekly scoring, games, and prizing.
Each week is treated as its own event, so you can join whenever your schedule allows. There are no season-long points and no year-end standings to worry about.
Weekly Format
Most Men’s Night weeks are individual stroke play.
Scoring includes:
- Gross scoring over all 12 holes
- Net scoring over 9 holes
- Weekly flighted games and prizing
- Optional skins
- Optional 50/50
Flights are based on handicap:
- A Flight: 12 handicap and under
- B Flight: greater than 12 and 22 and under
- C Flight: greater than 22
Please check in with the men’s night table to determine your flight before your round.
No handicap is required to play. A handicap is only needed for net scoring. Once a player has completed at least three Men’s Night rounds, we’ll calculate a handicap for them. Until then, players may provide a handicap from Golf Canada, TheGrint, or another reasonable source.
Special Format Nights
The third Wednesday of each month will feature a special format night, making it easy to remember when something different is happening.
This includes:
Two-person scramble nights
Shotgun start nights
There are two shotgun nights this season: July 15 and September 16. These will begin with a 3:30 PM shotgun start, and players should arrive by 3:00 PM. The two-man scramble nights are on June 17 & August 19. Teams may book tee times like a normal week in order to participate in two-man scramble nights.
Weekly Games & Prizing
Each week, we’ll run two games per flight. These will often include a closest-to-the-pin contest, but may also include games like closest after two shots, longest drive, longest putt, closest to the line, and more.
A weekly $11 prizing fee applies to all players.
Green fees and cart fees apply where applicable:
- Green fee: $30.00
- Cart fee: $18.50, when applicable
- Prizing fee: $11.00
Member privileges apply. Members do not pay green fees, and cart members do not pay cart fees when taking a cart. All players pay the weekly prizing fee.
After the Round
After your round, players and guests are welcome to head over to the Silo Bar & Grill for food, drinks, and a great social atmosphere.
The regular menu will be available, along with a Men’s Night special every Wednesday.
Weekly scoring and prizing are typically organized the following morning and shared through the Men’s Night newsletter.
How to Sign Up
Players sign up weekly through the Pro Shop.
You can book:
- In person at the Pro Shop
- By phone at 519-832-4653
Singles, twosomes, threesomes, and full groups are all welcome. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but booking ahead is encouraged.
Regular Men’s Night weeks can accommodate up to 112 players. Shotgun nights are capped at 72 players and may fill quickly, so we recommend signing up early for those dates.
All players should check in at the Pro Shop before their round and drop off their completed scorecard after play.
